Job Description

Growth Catalyst Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise analytics initiatives through structured data analysis, strategic insight development, and end-to-end project execution. This role requires strong analytical capability, experience managing complex datasets, and the ability to translate quantitative findings into actionable business recommendations.

The Business Analyst will contribute to data-driven decision systems, market intelligence assessments, and enterprise reporting frameworks while collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, financial, and operational datasets to extract structured insights that inform strategic decision-making.

• Evaluate competitive market positioning and industry trends to support business development and enterprise growth initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end analytics project ownership, including scoping, requirements gathering, execution, validation, and post-project evaluation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to align technical outputs with business objectives.

• Develop structured reporting and visualization frameworks summarizing business intelligence, financial metrics, and economic data for executive and client review.

• Contribute to the development of new data-driven products, analytical models, and enterprise insight systems.

• Monitor emerging technologies and analytical methodologies to strengthen internal capability and project delivery standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or enterprise data environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing analytics projects from conceptualization through delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience interpreting complex datasets.

• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-directed work style with the ability to operate effectively in structured, evolving environments.
