Growth Catalyst Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager – Technical to drive revenue growth and expand enterprise client engagement across data analytics and AI-enabled solution domains. This techno-commercial role requires a combination of technical understanding, strategic business development capability, and consultative sales experience within complex technology environments.

The role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing client relationships, translating technical capabilities into business value propositions, and leading structured enterprise sales processes aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new enterprise opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders within target organizations.

• Leverage technical understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise systems to assess client needs and structure solution-oriented proposals.

• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and engagement frameworks.

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, solution alignment, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor positioning to identify market opportunities and strategic expansion paths.

• Represent Growth Catalyst at professional forums, conferences, and industry engagements to support brand visibility and partnership development.

• Track pipeline performance, revenue metrics, and market data to support structured, data-informed business development decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within technology-driven environments.

• Technical foundation in data analytics, machine learning, software systems, or related fields, with working familiarity in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and develop strategic enterprise relationships.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, including the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.

• Strategic thinking ability with experience identifying and executing market expansion initiatives.
