Job Description

Growth Catalyst Inc is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support enterprise analytics initiatives through structured data analysis, modeling support, and reporting development. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world analytics projects across data-driven business environments while working under the guidance of senior analysts and consultants.

The role involves assisting in data preparation, exploratory analysis, visualization development, and analytical model support within structured enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop visualizations to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

• Support development of data models, statistical techniques, and analytical frameworks to address business challenges.

• Assist in testing, validating, and optimizing analytics solutions and reporting systems.

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials summarizing findings for internal stakeholders and client engagements.

• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and project teams to support defined project objectives.

• Stay informed on current practices in data analytics, machine learning, and applied quantitative methods.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

• Demonstrated interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision systems.

• Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or comparable analytical platforms.

• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capability.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently within structured project guidance.

Internship Details

• Duration: Six (6) months
