Job Description

Growth Catalyst Inc is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Strategic Enterprise & AI Platforms to lead UX architectural development for enterprise-scale digital systems integrating complex data environments, analytical platforms, and AI-driven functionality. This role requires senior-level independent judgment and specialized expertise in interaction design, enterprise information architecture, AI-layer integration, geospatial interface systems, and scalable design governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UX architectural frameworks for complex enterprise workflows, including information architecture, navigation systems, and structured decision-support interfaces.

• Translate backend data structures, APIs, and AI-generated outputs into intuitive digital experiences in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Architect and integrate AI layers including predictive systems, automation workflows, generative AI components, and contextual AI assistance.

• Design structured AI chat interfaces and conversational interaction models, including system prompt logic and progressive disclosure patterns.

• Develop analytical dashboards and reporting systems that balance hierarchy, density, and contextual clarity.

• Design geospatial user experiences including layered map interfaces and spatial visualization systems.

• Lead scalable design system governance within Figma, including tokens, variables, component libraries, and responsive systems.

• Produce implementation-ready documentation aligned with frontend standards and ensure WCAG accessibility compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Computer Science (HCI specialization), or closely related field.

• Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise digital product design and UX architectural development.
